People On the Move: Announcing KETTLER Promotions of Senior Regional Property Managers

Please join us in congratulating Kristy Myers and Jesika Evans on their recent promotions to Senior Regional Property Manager!

Kristy Myers joined KETTLER in 2012 as a Property Manager and quickly defined herself as a goal-oriented leader, climbing the ranks to Senior Property Manager before being promoted to Regional Property Manager in February 2018. During her time with KETTLER, Kristy has successfully completed the lease-up of 817 units in Columbia, MD, 275 units in Rockville, MD, a 350-unit asset in Maitland, FL, and is trending to exceed expectations on a 379-unit lease-up in Celebration, FL. She currently oversees a diverse portfolio of Class A, mixed-use, and lease-up communities in a wide range of markets, including Baltimore, MD, Washington, DC, and Maitland and Celebration, FL. Kristy won in 2012 the Make a Difference Award and 2015 the Property Manager of the Year Award with KETTLER. Kristy excels in training and empowering her property leaders while focusing on managing assets in alignment with the goals and objectives of ownership and increasing property value. As a result of her customer focus and success, she has developed strong relationships with key clients, helping KETTLER earn additional business.

In addition, Kristy is committed to her continued development and adds tremendous value to building the KETTLER brand through her industry involvement. She currently holds both her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation as well as her Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification through IREM and is pursuing her Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) designation in 2022. She currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer and Director with the IREM MD Chapter.

Jesika Evans joined KETTLER in 2013, successfully managing various assets including a mixed-use lease-up and value add communities before being promoted to Regional Property Manager in October 2017. Jesika has a proven history of managing a complex portfolio, including Class A and B assets, several high-profile lease-ups, value-add, major capital renovation projects, and challenging market conditions throughout the DMV. She also has experience overseeing affordable programs, including IZ, ADU, WDU, and tax credit. Jesika has led award-winning lease-ups, stabilized properties, supported communities through sales, and facilitated new business endeavors through her strong client relationships.

Jesika is instrumental in leading innovation at KETTLER and is always willing to help wherever needed, as evidenced by her taking the lead on the New Products and Services Committee at KETTLER, supporting the DE&I Council, and partnering with our Senior Financial Analyst in the development and training of the most recent Yardi budget model.

Jesika also plays a key role in elevating the KETTLER brand throughout the industry through her ARM and CPM designation and participation in various IREM committees, including the Education Committee Board, where she facilitated courses to support industry professionals’ growth.
