Highgate at the Mile Honored with the Merit Award for Residential Architecture at the AIA Maryland Excellence in Design Awards

Highgate at the Mile was recently honored with the Merit Award for Residential Architecture at the AIA Maryland Excellence in Design Awards, on September 24, 2020.

Highgate is a luxury mid‐rise apartment community located in Tysons, Virginia. The 395-unit, 435,000 square foot building is located within the 750,000 square feet, 45-acre office park known as The Mile. KETTLER developed Highgate in a joint venture with PS Business Parks; Design Collective Inc. was the project’s architect, Parker Rodriguez Inc. served as the landscape architect, and VIKA as the development’s engineer.
